Someone who is looking to workout their upper body and lower body at the same time (but without really doing any work at all because the work is done for them) could sit down on the Squat Magic and use the Shake Weight at the same time!

I’m done with the sarcasm although I did have some fun with it. 🙂 Anything that promises “Instant Results” that will be “Effortless” really offers nothing more than empty promises. You either already knew this or now you know. Results take EFFORT. Results don’t come instantly. Weight loss and body shaping results come from chipping away at it through EFFORT with regard to daily consistency in challenging workouts and eating according to the goals an individual is trying to achieve. If it’s easy and effortless, it’s a waste of time and money!!!
Nothing worthwhile ever comes easy. Results come from DOING THE WORK, week after week, month after month and from there on out as part of a commitment to a fit LIFESTYLE.
